Biography
Wherever Tom goes, a camera goes with him. It is, after all his lifelong passion for photography that led him to discover and study the wonderful world of Film and Television at Wits for four years. Here he learnt the art of combining images and story telling.
As a member of the band ‘Shortstraw’, Tom found himself shooting many music videos and rubbing some of his celebrity status off onto Krewkut (insert wink emoticon here).
Jokes aside, passionate about the industry, image making is hardwired into Tom.
He loves the teamwork and collaborative effort that goes into movie making, and gets excited about the different way in which ideas are brought to life.
